Typically you can find it in craft stores for less. You’ll need a spool of thread for kite too. Once you have everything, you’re ready for action!

Steps

The first step to fly a kite successfully is to find a good location. You’ll want to find a place outdoors or a tern with plenty of room to run. Also, you should find a place without trees, power lines or potential obstacles. Many parks have outdoor areas too good to be able to fly kites.

Remember

You will need also some wind. A wind gust to between 5 to 15 mph is better. Anything less than this may not be enough to fly your kite! Anything above this could cause damage or even loss of your kite.

Location

Once you have located your spot, it’s time to fly your kite. The easiest way for beginners is holding the spool with one hand and tensing the best kites with the other. It must be released a few feet of wire. Run with the kite, holding above your head allowing it to trap air. It may take you several attempts before catching good drafts. Once the air catches your kite, continues to run to keep the line taut. The kite will soar ever higher. You can stop running after the kite is flying steadily in the air and wind currents to maintain the tension of the string of your kite!

Once you have your kite in the air, it is relatively easy to keep it there. Be sure to keep tension on the thread of your kite. Simply wrap a little thread (in the film) to keep it tight. If you have a good gust of wind, you can free up some thread from the spool to allow your kite fly higher in the air.

Tips for the best kites

Even to bring any of the best kites back, you need to carefully winding the thread back on the reel. Bring your kite slowly taking care of stray current. If you find your comet could crash into something, it releases a bit of thread again and try again. When your kite is close enough, catch it before it hits the floor to prevent potential damage to your kite.

Note- The first kite, created over 3000 years ago, were probably made of tree leaves, plus one says was used in the transmission of the first radio signal ever!
